Your access to and use of the web site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the web site.
By accessing or using the webs ite you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Orders
If you wish to order any product or service made available through E-Mail request, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your billing address, and your shipping information.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Orders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the web site. The products or services available on our web site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The contents of the site, including all photographs, illustrations and corporate identity are and will remain the exclusive property of Inna Oleff and may not be used without written agreement. The site is protected by copyright and other laws of both Germany and foreign countries.

Our web site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Inna Oleff.
Inna Oleff has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Inna Oleff shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our web site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the web site.
Delivery times
We do not have a warehouse and do not sell ready-made products. Each product (Fine Art print) that you order through the form on the website is custom-made. Please allow up to 7 business days for us, after payment, to process your order before shipping. Working days exclude weekends and holidays.
* Frame is not included
Upon request, we can advise you on choosing the optimal frame for each Fine Art print, and we can also frame it. If you wish to receive your chosen print framed, we will need a couple of additional days to order the frame, complete the framing, and carefully pack the print before shipping.
Packaging
Fine Art prints without frame will be Carefully wrapped in tissue archival paper and rolled up in a protective sturdy cardboard tube. Small formats will be sent in flat boxes. Framed Fine Art prints will be packed in very thick cardboard with protection.
Shipping
Fine Art print will be sent by delivery services UPS or DHL. Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the items and delivery services. All orders are tracked, and will require a signature.
We do our best to ship your order safely.
Delivery outside of EU
Please note that local customs and import taxes may apply if shopping from a location outside of the EU. Any local taxes or import duties are not included in the product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
Return & Exchanges
We do not have a warehouse and do not sell ready-made products. Each product (Fine Art print) that you order through the form on the website is custom-made according to parameters confirmed by the customer, after payment of the order.
The customer, who is a consumer according to § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), has the right of withdrawal according to § 312g paragraph 1 BGB and § 355 BGB. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products according to § 312g paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB. Accordingly we does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges of orders. We are also unable to make changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the time the order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at info.innaoleff@gmail.com and we will find the best solution for you.
Exceptions include damage to the product that occurred during delivery due to the fault of the transport company. In this case, we ask you to contact us for the best solution to the situation.
